Membership Levels & Pricing

If you would like more information on becoming a Gold or Platinum club member, please click here. Your first booking with us automatically creates your Silver member account (there’s no need to fill out any member agreement for the Silver level).

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE

This is an annual fee for the Platinum and Gold membership levels, payable upon joining the club. The Silver membership level does not have an annual membership fee.

DAYS IN THE PLAN

The number of days that a member pledges per year at any of the club properties in order to receive nightly discounts and added flexibility for making reservations. Platinum members who fall short of their Days in the Plan will only be eligible for a nightly discount of 5% as long as their total yearly rentals are at least 7 nights. Less than 7 nights per year, including Platinum members who fall short of their Days in Plan, are not eligible for a discounted rate. A member may reserve more than their Days in the Plan at a nightly rate that includes their plan's discount.

SPACE AVAILABLE RESERVATIONS

The time frame where the majority of reservations must be made - inside of 75 days for a Platinum membership, 60 days for Gold and 45 days for Silver. There is no maximum stay restrictions; minimum stay requirements apply for each property and is stated on each property’s Web page.

ADVANCED RESERVATIONS

For vacations during peak seasons or for destinations that need special planning, Advanced Reservations are recommended. Advanced Reservations can be booked outside of Space Available Reservations and up to six months in advance.

PRIORITY HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS

For desired trips during peak holiday times, we offer Priority Holiday Reservations. These reservations may be booked more than six months in advance and up to one year out.

ANNUAL RETAINER

At the end of a Platinum or Gold membership year, a statement of the nightly rentals for that year will be provided.The members Annual Retainer will be deducted throughout the year, the nightly rate for each property during the time of year visited, taking into account any savings from seasonal rates. If at the end of the year the full amount due with tax, cleaning fees (if applicable) and nightly discount is less than the Annual Retainer, the difference will be refunded. If at any time during the membership year the cost of the nightly rentals taken exceeds the Annual Retainer, an additional retainer will be billed prior to the next stay at any of the club properties.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION

A damage deposit authorization is required for each stay at any of the club’s properties. This amount may vary for higher end properties.

NIGHTLY DISCOUNT

Along with the advantages of having Space Available Reservations that can be booked farther out, additional Advanced and Priority Holiday Reservations to secure peak rental times, a nightly discount is awarded for higher membership levels - 10% for a Platinum membership and 5% for Gold.

NO RISK STATEMENT

Choose from a FREE, pay as you go, Silver membership to a Platinum membership that offers 10% nightly discounts and the most flexible reservation options. Best of all, there is no large penalty for falling short of your Days in the Plan. Platinum members who fall short of their Days in the Plan will only be eligible for a nightly discount of 5% as long as their total yearly rentals are at least 7 nights. Less than 7 nights per year, including Gold members who fall short of their Days in Plan, are not eligible for a discounted rate. If you're not happy with the membership for any reason and decide to cancel your membership, we offer a 100% refund on the remaining balance of your annual retainer and damage deposit.
